Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week as needed (in office)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Summary of position:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting with accounting functions of the organization including but not limited to accounts payable, grants payable, bank deposits, donation processing, payroll processing, database management and other accounting and administrative functions. The Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting Manager as needed.

The Philanthropy & Partnerships Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow philanthropic support and build meaningful partnerships to advance the organization's mission. This role cultivates relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, community organizations, and other stakeholders while identifying new opportunities for funding, collaboration, and community impact.

The outdoor school partner of Indiana Dunes National Park, Dunes Learning Center delivers environmental education programs with a focus on the ecology and history of the Indiana dunes region.
The Finance and Operations Director will oversee the organization's day-to-day financial operations, manage key vendor and property relationships, lead human resources functions, and provide administrative oversight of the Hospitality department. This person has a steady, organized presence, bringing both financial acumen and genuine care for the people and place they support.

Broad Based Campaign Manager

The Broad Based Campaign Manager develops and executes comprehensive annual giving and donor stewardship campaigns that increase donor participation, strengthen donor retention, and deepen engagement with the university. This position manages email communication, annual fundraising campaigns, Day of Giving, stewardship communications and donor engagement initiatives while leveraging Salesforce Ascend to support data-driven fundraising efforts. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within internal PNW business units and the Purdue University system to ensure compliance with Purdue for Life Foundation data access and compliance standards and implement ethical fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
