Amy Sexton Stanislavski is an accomplished nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and organizational development. She is the Founder and Principal of AES Consulting, a boutique consulting firm, where she has successfully led numerous organizations in managing major capital campaigns, annual appeals, and other development initiatives. Amy is also The RD Coach, a learning and resource platform for DIY development professionals. Amy holds a B.A. in English and a certificate in Rehabilitative Psychology and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive and has played a key role in raising over $500 million in charitable gifts through her expertise in campaign management. Lisa Schneider serves Purdue University Northwest as a Director of Development. Lisa collaborates with PNW leadership to identify, cultivate and solicit prospective donors and secure major gifts that support the strategic goals of the university. She brings twenty years of experience in non-profit fund raising and management to her role. Her experience includes serving as chief development officer and regional director for organizations including Humane Indiana, March of Dimes, and Lake Area United Way. Lisa currently serves on the Association of Fundraising Professionals board of directors as membership chair and vice-president. Lisa is a graduate from the University of Iowa, Leadership Institute of Purdue Northwest, and holds the accreditation as certified fund-raising executive through CFRE International. Most recently, Lisa has earned certification as fund-raising manager through the Lilly School of Philanthropy. Lisa lives in St. John with her husband Michael, daughter Ellie, and two dogs.ur clients.
Kasandra (Kasie) Tenbarge has been a part of the Valparaiso community for 10+ years and throughout her career has held a deep respect and interest in the relationship and role of the University within the City Valparaiso, as well as the role of the University within greater Northwest Indiana. Residing in Chesterton, IN she and her family are active members of the Chesterton United Methodist Church, and Kasie is also active in the Chesterton-Porter Rotary Club, and her local chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She enjoys HIIT style exercise programs, jogging, singing in the praise band, playing the ukulele, bike riding around town and visiting the beach with her family. Kasie lives with her husband, Adam, who is an assistant principal at Chesterton High School, and their two boys; AJ–14, and Grayson – 11.

Jacqueline Weber is the Development Director for Girls on the Run of Northwest Indiana. Jacqueline believes every girl should be empowered to be their most powerful, confident selves and reach their fullest potential. In addition to her fundraising work, she serves on the board of several local organizations to share her knowledge and expertise. Jacqueline is a Hall of Fame collegiate track athlete, a finalist for the Northwest Indiana Influential Women awards, a marathon mentor to new runners and a graduate of the Leadership Institute of Purdue Northwest. Jacqueline holds a BA in Business Administration and Management and a MPA with a non-profit concentration from Indiana University Northwest.
